1. How long does it take to build our new home?
Approximately 26 weeks, dependant on weather.
2. How much deposit do we need to pay?
All you need is $1,000 deposit which will be paid
to our trust account.
3. Can we make alterations to our chosen house
plan?
Yes you can, such as flipping the plan to suit your
land, however major alterations will incur additional
costs.
4. We have colours in mind, can we choose our
own?
Of course you can. We have a full range of colours
to choose from at our office. We do find that most
buyers prefer to choose one of our carefully selected,
contemporary colour
schemes.
5. You do not give exact prices for the houses
- why?
The reason is that we allocate house designs to specific
blocks of land. With land and site costs varying for
each block, we prefer to quote once you have selected
your land and house package. As land availability
changes sometimes daily, we can give you a list of
house lots and packages currently available and the
prices.
As our prices are very competitive, you will be paying
on average $370,000 for your complete package - all
you need to do is move in!
6. We are on a budget, how can we reduce the price?
We offer many deluxe inclusions in the package price
which can be omitted.
They are:
- 4 Ceiling fans
- Dishwasher
- Lawn maintenance
- Sprinkler system
- Down lights
7. Can we see some of your homes being built or
even finished before we sign up?
Yes you can. We have access to many homes throughout
South East Queensland either under construction, at
lock up stage or ready for hand-over. We also have
one display home in Coomera, on the Gold Coast.
If you are an investor, we can take photos/video
walk-throughs and email them to you. We also offer
this service during the construction of your property,
if you are not a local.
8. We already have a block of land, can we build
one of your homes?
Depending on the location and the block itself, yes
we will build one of our homes on your land.
9. We are not Australian residents, can we buy
for investment?
As you are building a new home, yes you can. We advise
you read all the information on the FIRB
website, before you go any further!
We have sold many properties to overseas investors,
site unseen. As we keep you updated with photos and
videos, it is almost as good as being close by. You
can be guaranteed our after sales service is just
as good as as pre-sales service!
10. Do you offer termite protection?
You bet! We offer the Termicide
Termiglass
termite barrier system.
